Our dear Guest!

As the operators of Nobilis Vendégház, we welcome you with respect. Before you book your holiday please read the information below, which contains important information. 

Duration of reservation, holding capacity:

The guest house can be booked for a minimum of 5 nights.

If you have any question about the reservation or would like to request a unique offer, please contact us at one of the contact details provided.

The guest house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. 

The reserved guest house can only be used with the number of people specified in the reservation. The prices include the accommodation fee, the cost of electricity, water, the use of air conditioning, towels and bed linen, unlimited internet access, and the cost of final cleaning.

Our Prices:

The whole season (2025.05.01-2025.09.30): HUF 150.000 /full house/night

Reservation, deposit, payment of accommodation fee:

The reservation can only be initiated in writing, by filling out the form on the website. When making a reservation, you must provide the name, address, e-mail address, phone number, number of guests, arrival and departure days. (Please indicate in the comment section which of the baby-friendly equipment you need.) After receiving the reservation intention, the order will be confirmed within 24 hours, thus acknowledging the reservation of the guest house. The reservation becomes final if, after confirmation, the costumer pays the deposit shown on the fee request form sent by the operators.

The advance payment is due within 72 hours of sending the fee request. Payment can be made by bank transfer. The operators of Nobilis Vendégház will inform the costumer by e-mail about the receipt of the amount. If the costumer fails to pay the advance payment within the deadline indicated in the cnfrimation, the reservation will be cancelled.

The deposit is the total accommodation fee:

  • 30%, if the reservation is made more than 14 days before the start of the holiday
  • 75%, if the reservation is made within 14 days before the start of the holiday
    The total accommodation fee: the product of the number of days booked and the daily price of the house.

If during the holiday they decide to end tehir stay early, we cannot refund the remaining accommodation fee. 

The advance payment can be made in HUF. Payment of the entire accommodation fee is due no later than the 3rd day before the holiday.

Arrival, occupation of accommodation, departure:

The key handover takes place at the accommodation upon arrival. The accommodation can be booked on Saturdays between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm during the high season, and by appointment outside of the high season. If you cannot arrive at the specified time due to unexpected difficulties (traffic jam, technical fault of the car, later departure), please notify the operators immediately on the emergency phone number +36 20 556 9768.

You must leave the accommodation by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Other costs:

Deposit: A deposit must be paid in cash when receiving the guest house key.

  • amount: HUF 100.000 for the booked period

If no damage occurs, the amount of the deposit will be refunded in cash upon departure. The deposit will be returned to the guest upon handing over teh key, if no damage has been done to the guest house. If the key is lost, the amount of the deposit will not be refunded. If the guest has caused damage, help is obliged to compensate it at the current market value, which is deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the compensation will be paid according to the agreement reached with the operators.

Tourist tax: The amount of the tourist tax in 2024 is HUF 500/person/night which must be paid by all guests over the age of 18. The tax must be paid in cash to the operators.

During the time spent here, the Guests can use the Badacsony card.

  • deposit: HUF 1,000/ card

 The card can be used over the age of 4 (under that age, most programs are free).

The advantage is that many restaurants, beaches, museums... in the Badacsony region offer a discount by presenting this card. (Badacsonytomaj Beach: 20%, Folly Arboretum and Winery: 10%, Szigliget Castle: 10%, Alapozó Falatozó: 10%, Lacus Pelso Pizzeria: 10%, Balaton Ballooing: 10%, Brin-garáz: 10%, etc.)

Final cleaning: HUF 15,000 (from 2025)

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation of the ordered guest house service can be done in writing. 

The cancellation fees are as follows:

  • free cancellation within 36 hours of sending the fee request and on or before the 30th day before the start of the holiday
  • between 29 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the advance payment
  • between 0-13 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the advance payment

In case of cancellation, the operators will refund the amount less the cancellation fee within 5 working days after receipt of the cancellation. An exception to this if the person making the order is unable to participate in the holiday due to a medical or hospital-certified illness resulting in the inability to travel. In this case, if the costumer communicates this fact in writing and verifies it, the operators will return the full amount of the deposit up to the 7th day before the start of the holiday.

Modification of the costumer by the costumer:

It is possible to change the reservation in writing based on prior agreement.

  • it is possible to change the number of guest up to the day before arrival
  • it is possible to change the date once, depeding on the free capacity, in teh case of already finalized and confirmed bookings. In this case, the paid reservation can be used within 1 year from the original date or arrival.

In this case the amended confirmation becomes valid.

Amendment by Nobilis Vendégház:

The operators of Nobilis Vendégház reserve the right to make changes. Unforeseen technical problems may occur (pipe breaks, water-sewer-electricity technical problems, and other unexpected, unforeseable tragedies, natural disasters, damage caused by the previous guest, etc.) that can ruin the vacation.

The operators of Nobilis Vendégház as soon as they become aware of the problem, notify the costumer immediately, and if the problem cannot be resolved by time of arrival, they will offer another date by negotiating the price. If this or the offered date does not suit the costumer, the operators will refund the entire amount of the advance payment to the customer.

Parking:

We ask our guests to only use the following area for parking purposes:

  • parking space for 4 cars in the garden
