House rules
Our dear guest! By sending the reservation and transferring the advance payment, you declare that you know, accept and during your vacation, abides by and enforces the policy of the Nobilis Vendégház.
1. Only registered guests are entitled to use the guest house.
2. Visitors to the guest house can only be received during the day, with the operator's permmission.
3. In view of the location in a residential area and the silence order, please refrain from noisy activities, especially after 10:00 pm.
4. Smoking is prohibited in the guest house: smoking is only allowed in the courtyard. (Applies to electronic cigarettes and IQOS as well!) Please dispose of the cigarette butts in the ashtrays reserved for this purpose!
5. Bringing animals into the guest house is strictly FORBIDDEN!
6. We cannot take responsibility for personal items left in the guest house.
7. The guest is responsible for his own behavior in and around the house and bears the consequences of any accident. Children under the age of 14 can only use the house, it's furnishings and it's garden when accompanied by an adult. In al cases, the children's parents and adult companions are responsible for their physical safety.
8. Everyone can use the jacuzzi only at their own risk, the Accommodation Provider is not responsible for any kind of accident or damage. Please use the jacuzzi clean, after showering.
9. It is FORBIDDEN to stay in and near the jacuzzi with a glass and throw trash or cigarette butts into it.
10. There is a camera system in the yard, any damages that may occur must be reimbursed in any case.
11. Please respect the rules, protect the furnishings of the house, and do not take them out of the guest house area (e.g., towels, small pillows, blankets).
12. When leaving the house, please turn off the water, turn off the lights, close the windows and close the front door!
13. It is forbidden to bring any kind of flammable material or device into the guest house!
14. Damage caused on the territory of the guest house shall be compensated by the person causing the damage or his legal representative.
15. We ask our guests not to eat in the rooms! The kitchen, dining room and terrace are used for meals.
16. In case of repeated violations of the policy, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, we are unable to reimburse the guest for any remaining days.
